WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

To enable you to shop without stress, we accept return for full-priced items for any reason within 30 days for receiving it for refund. Within this 30 days, we will credit you seeusoon account or refund the item. Beyond this delay we can no longer accept a return.

Items marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

All items must be unworn, in original conditions tags attached, and in original packaging.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Sorry, we cannot exchange items. However, unless otherwise mentioned, you can choose to have the item’s value credited to your seeusoon account, or be refunded directly providing we receive the item within 30 days of the delivery date.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 72 hours of receipt. Your refund will be processed and a credit issued to your credit card or other payment method within 5-7 days. Depending on your credit card company, this may take up to 1 billing statement for the refund to post to your account. If this timeframe has passed and you have not seen your refund, please contact [email protected]  for assistance.
